Mr Sim's Crazy Acronyms
Why do I use Acronyms?
I find that students learn better when they find things funny. We are more likely to remember a joke that some told us rather than a lecture that we heard. It is much easier to remember key points after laughing about it. So, while some Acronyms sound very LAME, it is purely to help learn and memorise key points for content knowledge's sake. :)
I also use lots of basic classification diagrams to help students to visualise and remember what they have learnt, it is not strictly necessary to follow what I do. You can come up with your own too!
